Thanks, Gary! Yes, we used a torch and needle-nose pliers. W mounted the fork in a heavy vise and used a scrap of leather to protect the fork. Worked great!

Thanks again! I thought the fork was going to be the hardest part, but it came together without any problems in under an hour. I love it when it works!
