Brian, I don't know how many hours, this wasn't a cigar box throw together, but I would guess about 40 hours. Half of that time was staring, thinking, and scratching my head.

thanks Michael, Nathan, it weighs 5 lbs, 15 oz. Just under 6 lbs. My Fender Strat weighs 8.25 lbs. It is not very comfortable to hold as the back side is flat. Other then that, it's a good start to my full size guitar builds.
