Can you pick out the parts? A souffle' backing ring kinda thing. And a sea shell soap dish. On a standard thru neck design.

    Since I've built this one I've remembered all sorts of stuff that I've thrown away, used to have, gave away that I could use.  Y'know what they say about hindsight!
