piezo pick ups in each with volume control still in the test phase but toms sound awesome run thru pod line six and base practice amp play with sticks or hand gotta work on the kick to get a deeper tone maybe put a thinner wood where beater hits

    Great idea.

    Thinner front and back should help with the bass tones. Needs to be able to vibrate and I'm guessing the box is somewhere near 3/4 thick.
