The body and soundboard were cracked and internal bracing was loose. I used tightbond in a hypodermic to glue and then clamp all the cracks and re-glue bracing. So far so good. Bridge is custom shaped to match uneven surface of the soundboard. Looking for something to fill in the missing bits around the sound hole.
