6 string trichordo Bouzouki I made using the body of an old mandolin (1900-1920s I think). 24" scale, maple neck extension and head, poplar fingerboard with ebony stain, 21 frets, maple bridge with fret saddle. Sounds awesome and really puts out the volume. Time to learn some Rembetika!
