I keep switching between two bridge styles. This banjo bridge works well but is still a little too high.

    i use banjo bridges sometimes,and to get the right height i put a piece of 80 grit sandpaper on a board and rub the banjo bridge feet on it and sometimes rub the ebony or maple top also to get the height more where i like it to be.compensation can be rewarding to the string action.
