    Yes, balalaikas are available in different sizes. The most common is the prima balalaika. The bass is harder to get so I built my own.

    It's quite huge indeed. The base of the triangle is about 4 ". I do play it, but the main problem is that I play the guitar as well in the band. A harmonica and a guitar is possible, but a guitar and this puppy is different.
