  Thanks. I did the cat caricature about a year ago. and it was given to my grandson in AZ.   I took in a stray cat

  a couple of years ago wandering around the summer trailer campground and we became buddies, but unfortanately,

  he developed CRF (kidney failure and I had to make a painfull decisii to put him down last february.  It was

  a pretty rough winter last year, but I managed to make a carving of him (see new photos in my album) and

  carve 3 more caricature cats after the nokill shelter volunteer suggested some ideas. These were donated

  to the nokill shelter as possible fund raisers.  I have carved a tupelo kltty (see album) and right now, I'm

  working on a carving duplicator to make more of "her" for donating.   My 1/2 size kittys have Tohickon

  glass eyes, which are hand painted and look very realistic.

  These are just way cool, adorable, sweet, and very talented works of art. I too support no kill shelters, and spaying/neutering pets.
