    Hi, Bruce.  It's good to have you for a nation friend.  I like that new build with the cigar box motif on the back and especially like the Robert Johnson build.    Oh!  I see a nice Padron build roll by in your photos too.

    Hi Bruce, good to be your CBN friend! It is actually my second- the first one I used an old Kapok acoustic guitar neck that I repaired. Made a 6 string out of her. This Ohio one is all from scratch, and as low budget as possible. So far the only thing I've bought to make it are 3 sanding blocks. I will check out your LPG- thanks for offering to help, I will likely have more questions- ie: this is my first 3 string, and I did have questions about acoustic string sizes and tunings. The gitty article I read recomended using the 3 highest pitched strings of a set and tuning G B E. I'm still learning to play, so I'm flexible! My first one is tuned Open E- I haven't tried anything else yet
