Simple speed winder for power drill.
A small off cut, a worn screwdriver bit
Three 8mm holes in a row - the middle one all the way through the outside ones 10mm deep, a bit of chiselling and whittling a bit of superglue and bicarb to fix the bit in place, sand it down and some shellac to make it shine. Plug in to power drill or screwdriver and it works like a charm.

Cool tool. Home made is often best.
Slick! Thanks for the idea!
