Which cubano?

Ive never built a dulcimer from the ground up, Ive had tinyguitars build all my necks for me and I just slapped them on a box. My wife was able to score me three cubanos last year and Id like to build one. I have all hickory necks and Id like a more mellow tone, 3 string, resonator???????? Most awsome if someone could direct me. I Like the Bookmatched
