hi..i am rebuilding cbg # 1 and building cbg#2,,,i have broken 5 stings!!i am using D'Addario acoustic80/20 bronze..045,035,& 026..any suggestions? i am breaking them in the stringing process,,not from playing. thanks..bob.

It that's the case, you can campher the hole with a drill bit at least 2 times the size of the hole and then polish with a dremel stone bit.

wes..the strings are .045, .035,& .026 acoustic,,they are breaking right at the tuner,,i am tuning to open g..bob.
