Hi.
Just a few suggestions.
First is to set up a Skype account for this rather than using your normal one, just in case of spammers (Thanks to Dan Sleep for this suggestion).
Second is to tell people how to find you on Skype. Please be as exact as possible as there are several million members on Skype.
Third is to let people know when you are likely to be on Skype. Maybe mention which time zone you are referring to as this is such an international site now.
For the moment I have set this as a private group (again to try to stop spam). If it is felt that this is not a good idea let me know and I will change it. Any other suggestions to make this as useful as possible will be received well.
All the best.
John

Hi Barry.
You can do conference calling on Skype for free. Up to 25 people at once. Dan Sleep has hosted two official ones and we had four of us on the other day. There is no charge for doing this. Hope to talk with you on Skype soon.
Essentially you just load the software and start it up and if you haven't previously set it up with an account it will run you through the process. It should be fairly simple if you let the program guide you. The one bit that I know nothing about is using it on a smart phone (you said elsewhere that you are using it on your phone).
When we get a few more people on this group then there will probably be someone with more knowledge that I have. I will also ask around.
Best of luck.
