Simple pickup tester

I took some wood scraps ,a 1/4 inch jack, And two alligator clips to test my pickups. Added some no slip material to the bottom. I just hold the pickup over a guitar to get a rough idea of sound

    thanks! I might use this same rig if I do anymore radio amps. I can just attach the clips to find the hot wire

    I like it. It's nice to have a solder board with holes for pot shafts and a mounted 1/4 inch jack to test before installation. I like how simple your rig is...
