Which Box.............

I've built a number of three and four stringers over the past year. I recently started collecting bits and pieces for a six-string project. I have some nice humbuckers, a wrap around bridge, tuners, strings, a truss rod, roller nut, pots, caps etc. I have access to some nice hard maple for the neck, so I'm good on materials. As I get closer to pulling the trigger, I've started thinking about what kind of cigar box I will need for a six-stringer. I've really enjoyed the large Black Tabak box, but think I might need something bigger for this project.

Does anyone have recommendations for a good looking traditional cigar box for a six string project?

Thanks

    • I've read somewhere on here that 11 1/2" should be the minimum lenght you use....but don't ask me where.....
