Why is my video not showing up?

I did it in MPEG4 format, 640 X 480, and it plays fine on my computer.... Why the green screen?

Hi, if you have a YouTube account it's much easier to upload your video to there, then on here you can just paste the URL....I always had trouble uploading videos here...and I have problems uploading songs onto here as wel!!
