Ok. I'm trying to decide what to do with this guitar. The neck is
twisted, and it will barely hold a tune. So what should I do? Use it
for parts? Try to replace the neck? Sell it to some unsuspecting yard
sale shopper? Its not worth much. Maybe $100 at best. These old
japanese guitars are everywhere.

I believe those Decca guitars were built for Sears Reobuck company back in the day. I have an old acoustic Decca that I used to pull of parts to make my first CBG.
This Japanese guitars are everywhere, but they are in demand. If the neck can be repaired, it will make this guitar worth 2-3 times your $ 100 garage sale estimate. It might be a great learning opportunity to remove and "redo" and the reinstall the neck. Worst case scenerio... the neck is trashed and you sell the body for $ 100 as a "project.....
