My favourite Mark is the Wayne and Waynetta Slob family and their "I'm avin a fag!" from the British comedy show Harry Enfield and chums. Kathy Burke bless her is a national treasure! This phrase always creates an enormous amount of amusement to my American friends, for other reasons than the British usage.
