was watching swamp people on the history channel and the background music was this swampy growly killer slider guitar...have been looking on the interenet and cant find the credits for the musician....done anyone have a DVR and can record the shows credits so they can learn and post here who the guitarist is?????

it would be a great way to learn killer slide guitar if we could find out who the guitarist is...we could find more music from him(or her!) and we could decipher it for cbg, but i cant find out who the guitar music comes from

Help, if you can figure out who recored the music for Swamp people on the history channel post it here!...Thanks!

  • Awesome..I went and looked..it looks like he is the sound engineer ( composer) and they don't give the musicians credit??? he must use studio musicians of his choice and piece there music together for the different scenes??? But It's a clue...i will investigate more!

Most TV composers also play the music.

  • No, I think thats the theme song, i was referring to the music in the background as they go from scene to scene during the show, they never repeat the same music, its usually real low in the back ground, its this awesome riffin (dobro?) slide guitar ( i think its a resonator? played upright, not in the lap)....watch a episode with headphones on and you'll hear lots of KILLER DILLER music right there under your nose. i am sooooo ready to buy that guys CD right now!...I just don't know who is the guitarist???
