I have a new problem with an old reliable cbg. I built this resonator in the spring. excellent in every way. all of a sudden it has string buzz at the bridge. the bridge is made from the end of the zebra wood fret board, with no other changes, it suddenly buzzes. \
Can anyone give me some advice on why and how to fix this?

String buzz is caused in at least two ways. Improper nut slots (insert joke here), or inadequate break angle over the bridge or nut ( string angle is too flat).
But in your case, you may also consider the zebra wood. If it has cupped or warped, and is not resting completely flat on your resonator surface, any part not pressed equally upon that reso can also cause unwanted noises.
