Some of their songs may need a bit of transposing because they use string 2. The McNally Strumstick is a 3-stringer. However, some of there songs should be playable on a 1-stringer. Also, if you e-mail Wichita Sam, he has another song list with near 50 songs for canjos. He's an active CBN member, so if you read the various forum and discussion groups, I'm sure you'll come across his alias. Here's a link to his CBN personal page: Wichita Sam's Page. It's free.

Go to strumstick.com if it is fretted like a dulcimer, find their sonf book page easy as pie to play. all by number.
I have some tunes (melodies) in a simplified "play by numbers and lyrics" tab format that you can use. Here's a link for diatonically fretted canjos, and here's a link for chromatically fretted canjos. They are all arranged to be played on one string. I also have some more tunes done for diatonic that I haven't uploaded yet. Will do when I find the time. It should be enough to get started.
