Rob Uker of Monroe, NY has been creating some of the most adventurous ukulele designs, shapes and setups.  During our Uketoberfest Contest, he posted several photos that reveal his downright insane creativity for all things uke.
Below:  Uker also created a ukulele tribute to the iconic 1963 Danelectro "Dano Pro" guitar (aka "Fred Flinstone model") with this baby blue beauty.

Below:  Following up on his rock n roll inspired builds, Uker then tackled a Jerry Garcia "Tiger" tribute uke, capturing many details from the Doug Irwin guitar used by the Grateful Dead frontman.  Notice the bridge sculpted to look just like the original machined brass, a Tiger control plate at the butt end and a gold mesh grommet cover taking the place of the pickups.
