Our good friend and CBN member Jim Morris  could use your support . Help him and his acoustic group  “Hay Fever” create their first CD . Yes , I hear rumors  there may be some CBg fiddle content in the mix,too .(but not making any promises. ;-)

Here is their kickstarter page. Give if you can …. or just become a new fan ;-) Check em out ;-)

Well doggone it pick. Now you done set me up for scorn and ridicule from CB Nation for being a Capitalist. Actually, this is more like Socialism having many folks contribute for a project.

At the very least this might help to explain to all why I've been a bit scarce on CBN but I shall return with new builds very soon!

Lol,your contributions to the site, and your non involvement in making this announcement void you of any such ridicule. Anouncing a way for friends to help friends is what i have done.and ill take the blame for that any day. Lol. We take care of our own
:-)

You da man pick!

Jim, you deserve this, best of luck my friend.

Thanks Gary!

digging it

me too . they have a  kinda Celtic flare ;-)

Whatever it is, I pledged for it. Looks like 4 more CDs sold and this thing happens. Only ~24 days left...

Thanks Br Stubbs. The CD should be done by late spring.

Yup pick, most of this CD will be traditional Appalachian tunes and songs which of course came here with early Scotch/Irish settlers so you can still hear the Celtic influences. We try to do them with our own twist.

Thanks wes.

Well alright!! With help from friends here on CBN and our local followers we reached our Kickstarter goal yesterday! Now the fun begins of getting the recordings done and all the tech stuff that I'm not good at. Now we can enlist someone who is good at it  to make us sound as good on CD as I think we do live.

Thanks to all!!
