Getting ready for my next build. Got some cool kroil oil cans from work. Any advice on where to cut to access inside for electronics etc? I want to keep it as clean as possible. Thanks for any help...

And make sure you isolate all electrical connections from the metal of the can. You could accidentally ground a bunch of your connections if you are not careful.
This is true, although as it is convention to ground all components at the chassis, it's actually no more true than it would be for any other guitar circuit ever ;)
Presolder all your connections into a harness.. (Drill holes in a scrap of wood to hold the pots, switches etc..
Then you can carefully juggle it thru your neck slot before you for the neck ;)
