“This is for the player who is serious about achieving that Mississippi tone".
This is a tribute that started life as a kids guitar, and all specs & string sizes were taken from an original Lowebow. The body is the perfect size (15"x11", overall 41") for the 30" fretless scale that produces a haunting Mississippi hill country blues tone. 4 string setup with 1 bass string & 3 guitar strings tuned to open "F", can be tuned to other alternatives. Two 1" oak dowels make up the fretless neck (neck is straight with fret markings on players side) finished with 4 closed tuners, 2 tuners per dowel. I prefer this to the Lowebow that puts 3 tuners on 1 dowel, making it awkward to tune. Body has a few chips & small screw holes, 1 larger cutout on main body as I experimented with different pups & pick covers, but does not effect playing in anyway. Could be filled & painted or decal put over it. Strong single coil pup is adjustable for height & volume control round off this amazing axe.

That's a great idea. Assuming you had to use Baritone strings?
