You can buy blanks from many places ,including Gitty,but almost invariably it will need cutting or shaping of some kind to suit your guitar for action etc,making a nut in itself is pretty easy,but making it work at it's best is a little harder,and buying an off the shelf nut or blank ,you will probably still have to dial it in to suit

I've never seen a pre-cut bone nut for any type of guitar. As far as I know, all you can get are blanks.
The nuts that are "pre-cut" are actually molded plastic of some sort. You could try Micarta or Tusq as a substitute.
Oh they exist. Just not for a 3 string.

In that case, I would take the uke nut and cut off one of the slots, so that you now have a 3 string nut - easy peasy.
But would the sting spacing and depth be correct?
