I have a cbg and scale measures 610 mm ( 24 " ) . The stringing I used was 0.011 caliber . I tried to tune like this: low G middle D middle G I could tune the strings G low and middle D , but the middle G string is breaking when I try to tune . I've broken a 3 strings of those trying to fine tune . Which may be the problem ?

Using a standard set of Light acoustic guitar strings for a 6 string, the common tuning should be G2 using the 5th string (A - 0.042), D3 using the 4th string (D - 0.032), G3 using the 3rd string (G - 0.025).
the 0.011 gauge string is the high E string normally tuned to E4. It ought to handle being tuned up two more steps to G4 at 24" since the tension would be very close to a 25.5" scale tuned to E4.
So either you are trying to tune it even higher to G5 or Uncle John hit it dead center and you have a SHARP edge on your bridge or nut that is cutting the string.
I would use the 5th, 4th and 3rd strings from a six string set - this is the same as Wayfinder is saying. The small string should sound the same as a G string (3rd string) on a six string.
If you don't have a six string available, go to youtube and Mike Snowden's CBG lessons. Most of them start off by sounding each of the strings for GDG tuning. That could help you.
Also, a sharp edge can cut the string. One time I used a sharp metal piece on the head stock as a string retainer - to hold down the string - and it cut the string.
