As mentioned above, looking for a box or label with an aviation, airplane or similar theme.
I don't know what I'm going to do with the headstock yet. It's just a rectangular piece of maple right now
It's be a 4-cylinder...I mean 4-stringer.
My first thought is to offer to barter from my hoard of boxes...not sure if I should list what I have or have someone tell me what they're looking for.
I'm in Michigan...US postal would be easiest to start with.

Thanks all. I think printing my own image is a good idea...or drop the 'spec' for an airplane pic and just move the instrument more toward aerodynamics and away from the postcard picture concept. Maybe color laser would be more permanent (fade-resistance) than inkjet...
Evidently I'm still challenged in figuring out how to make images display inline...never mind that...inline auto-displays are links...my 'gotta'click-to-look' images are attachments, not links, so I guess that's why they don't display automatically.
I think I'll use a fifth blue plane for a tailpiece, maybe a model airplane prop for a bridge, and aluminum flashing and rivets are a possibility...
Thanks for the ideas.
Here's another label I found on Pinterest.

Like Muddy stated you can make your own label. Crop parts out of a few and toss them together on your box.
Nice paint job Jim! Great looking guitar.
DIY?
Here's one I painted on a ("vintaged" afterwards) box. Donated to an airman.

I like Bing for looking for photos.
