Frustration of feed back

           One of the last songs I made a video of was "My Last Ride".  That is the sound I am looking for.  I remember that day I did not have any feed back issues with my rig or anything.  Now, all of the sudden I can't even sit down behind the rig with anything turned up just a little bit and I get a massive amount of feed back....So much so I don't even want to play at that moment anymore.  The karioke machine is the main problem....I know, it needs to be updated, but with times being tough, I just don't have anything else...until something else good comes along my way, I am stuck with it.  What could be the main source of my feed back problems....I run my vocals thorugh a zoom II pedal...and I admit, I crank the gain a bit to get tha dirty sound, but on "My Last Ride" it all worked out perfect.  I am pulling my hair out on this one.  Any help would be awesome.

    Amen! I have a VOX personal (practice) plugin amp that I use with headphones OR I plug up my VOX DA5 with headphones. Great sound per se.

    just try using headphones, that will solve the problems, also if you want to record, try direct recording without and amp and just use your zoom pedal to the kareoke machine with the headphones, you will sound great even with a cheapo piezo, in fact you will get a real vintage a fun sound
