There is a strong likelihood that this guitar may have, how shall we say, an aroma to it? If I am not mistaken, things made from shells and other things from the sea never really lose that fishy smell. Hopefully it was not made from the shell of something that is on the endangered species list!! :-)

Very primal. I wonder how it was originally tuned? Maybe they made a nice turtle soup out of it too. Like the American Indians and the Buffalo...they utilized every part. Thanks for sharing, Keni Lee
