OK...I did some searches, but was unable to come up with anything.
Is there any reason why a cigar box amp kit from C.B. Gitty could not be combined with a piezo and a speaker in the same cigar box to have a 9V-powered fully self-contained stomp box?
Thank you CBN!

Elsewhere among these annuals of wisdom I recall some sage remarks about CBG with built-in amps having an awful time with feedback. The reason Pignose and Goldfish guitars don't is that they are a solid body with mag pups. No resonance chamber and no 'mic' effects.
With a CBG, even a mag pup could feedback on a built in amp because the resonance chamber and soundboard can respond to the amp speaker and shake the strings.
for a stomp-box you could get the same problem, the speaker resonating the interior to the lid where the pizeo is attached.
BUT if you put the amp/speaker part in a soundproof partitioned off part of the box that doesn't touch the "stomp" surface you could be on to something.
something like a very tall box that has room to mount the speaker/amp in the side wall AND allow you to surround it with 3/4" plywood and lined with felt and not touch the lid you are stomping, perhaps a build-your-own box?
