Cheap Strings

I know there's a post on here somewhere about the best deals, but I can't find it. Musicians Friend has their store brand 12ga strings for $1.99 a set and I ordered a set of bass strings for $7.99.     I'm not knockin Wal-Mart strings, put em on everything I've built but one. I put these Musicians Gear strings on it and they're pretty good strings. I just happened to be ordering a cheap set of bass strings and saw they were on clearance for two bucks.

    I've used the Walmart strings several times; they seem fine.
