I scour my local craigslist for cheap electric guitars...40 buks gets neck/bridge/pickups/pots/body etc.......welll you all know what a guitar consists of. Best way to go IMHO. for a 4 string neck I drill and fill 2 tuner holes nd voila.....I can make a 6 string bridge into 2 ,3 string bridges etc.
