  • Sorry to hear its abit frustrating ! i just think he is great  posted this on my page aswell, for those who like!

if i can not please my self anymore thats when i will quit aswell ,but he is realy grinding it down for a 9 year old its amazing, figgerd you all whoed like it , i did makes me want do  study harder lift the bar a little higher,

But playing for myself is the main focus if there are other people that like what i do thats only exstra so why worry? i know there are millioens more that can play the guitar faster & better , but never in the way i do it ,so there is place for everybody, on the big stage ! So no other Hobby Paul Craig ! its a live style and im not dead yet !

    • Amen to that Andries.

  • I've been "Playin" for over thirty years and I still can't do that. Fortunately for me, I play for fun and don't let myself get discouraged when I see something like that. Otherwise I would have either quit a long time ago, or actually learned to play.

    • I was a Rhythm guitar player in a band back in the day because Lead guitar just seemed to be beyond what I was capable of. Now I can do a little lead, but the Arthritis and Nerve Damage limit the time I can play and my real talent was being the soundman, doing the stage setups, setting up the instruments, modding the instruments or building instruments.

So many of us will latch on to playing a instrument that really doesn't match our talent and those people will get deterred when seeing this. We have to examine our intents, do we have the talent? do we have delusions of grandeur? or do we play for fun? Only the disillusioned will actually be detered from seeing this.

I love seeing little ones that shine with awesome talent and this kid shows me that there will be more gifted guitarists making music in the near future. Rock isn't dead, just taking a rest.

  • lol, its been many years since i have had delusions of adequacy as a guitar player. Too many are way better than i am . But why give up? i like to play and have fun doing it ,even if no one will ever hear me play..NO RULES..lol

    • Me too, just for fun.

In a interview, he said he wanted to play guitar after seeing Angus Young in a ACDC concert. His dad said that he was playing songs in 4 months at age 7. This kid has played along side bands on stage already, definitely got a bright future. ;)
