About Me

Been messing about with guitars for too long (40 years)and not really getting anywhere due to not practising and never really putting in the effort. recently had an accident which has disabled me permanently so I thought I would pick up the guitar again.  So bought a £40 Squire strat, stripped it completely, levelled the neck, sorted the fret ends, new pots, new switch, orange drop cap, new pickups. Completly rerouted the shape (it's now the same as the pickguard). It now plays great :) and I'm actually putting in the effort to learn to play.

I enjoyed building it so much I thought I'd look at completely building a guitar from scratch. And that's when I found Cigar Box Guitars ...... I haven't been this stoked for years :)

Fan of Seasick Steve and Steve 'n' Seagulls. Should fit right in with a 3 string CBG.
