Here is a pic of the heel. It is the full thickness for a 1" oak board, so actual 3/4". Thanks again, Order99.

Thanks Order99, not on this build. Normally I do notch out for the lid, but this time I angled the neck backwards by having a taller shim at the tail end and a shorter shim at the neck end of the box. Then made a shallow pocket for the piezo.

Given that thin Cohiba box, did you have to slice/thin  the neck heel any?
