well bamboo is a type of grass after all...lol

and there  are  these  .. even the  strings are bamboo .. and  its a 3 stringer

First Act made a Guitar out of Bamboo for a short time. It was a great sounding guitar, but just didn't make it for long production for some reason.
I've been wanting to make a semi-hollow body Strat out of Bamboo for some time now.
