Nice playing Bug! Cheers for the heads up on the plastic bags. I'd seen Mr Crow's vid where he showed the bags acting as a dampener, but it wasn't until I saw your post that I tried it out. I have to say, it's utterly brilliant! No loss in the resonance, the nasty over vibration has disappeared and the sound from the piezo pickup seems unchanged. I can strum my tin guitar much louder, and that can only be a good thing. Thanks mate.
Cheers... have alook at foster the people guy above... he mentions grocery bags.. so I shoved some in and it does sound different (not this video)... maybe I will record one with grocery bags too to compare...

I have just tried adding grocery bags inside and you know what... it works it does change the sound for the better...
