Looks like great fun.

I've passed the video on the the Health and Safety Executive for a review of blowtorching doughnuts. There wasn't a hard hat or fluorescent jacket in sight !

Nice a lot a music going on . as for the doughnuts I use a microwave for 25-30 second depending on jelly content.
