Thanks BrianQ! You could be right. The heavier test weights of Flourocarbon fishing line are spendy, but I was determined to find fishing line that yielded a low G with a reasonable scale length. They feel good when playing, have their own distinctive tone, and are not as hard on 3D printed frets as wound strings are.
Sounds real good with the piezo, that filament may be the special sauce?
Actually, my Zoom set up is pretty simple BrianQ. I have a USB condenser mic hooked up to my laptop that records through Zoom my voice and guitar which is connected with a wireless to a small amp at a level to bring it up to the level of an unplugged 6-string acoustic guitar. I rely on the participants to inform me if the mix needs attention. Not exactly hi-fidelity but easy and trouble free!
We try to bring a mix of songs regularly to CBN. Songs of Faith is why I learned to play the guitar back in college, and I spent many years as a worship leader. Faith based songs are at the heart of what I do.
Thanks for your consistent edifying words; it means a lot to me.
Coming through loud & clear, I'm sure you're using a preamp right? Thanx for your enduring faith slinger's, it means a lot in these trying times...
