here's my latest guitar build project i lovingly call THE PLANK!it's a plank of wood from an old shelf, cut to an angle. a 1x2 stick was cut and spaced out on the plank and an old pickup was screwed down between them. three cheap walmart acoustic strings, no frets, and tuned with eye bolts from lowe's hardware.and it rocks!!!thanks for watching guys, and look out for the cigar box guitar group - we're a crazy bunch!!!!

thanks for all the comments, guys! this one was a great learning experience... combining what i now know about tuners and stick instruments with what this one has taught me about wiring up pickups (and grounding them to the strings too , LOL ) i think my instruments will be moving in a much more interesting direction..!
