This is a Banjo David built on the road. sounds really nice. I'm not used to playing a fretless, but It was fun.

    Nice pickin' Ham.
    You were asking about showing folks how to make this kind of box. I posted a montage pic on my page showing how it's done. The boxes can of course be made any size and they could be surfaced with wood instead of skin. The JPEG is here.

    This method is adapted from a boat mast making technique. If you build it like a tube... sort of a little octagonal barrel, you can slice hoops off with a hand saw or table saw.
