Thanks Richard. I have a habit of withdrawing into a secluded bubble when I'm hurting so it felt good to do a video in the midst of the crap. I'm getting there and today is a better day than yesterday which was better than the day before so everything is heading in the right direction at least. Thanks for your kind words of encouragement. I appreciate them greatly. :o)
