While searching for tabs I found most CBN tabs to be for GDg or other ( I.IV.I ) tuning. Outside CBN the same tune tends to be tabbed for DOBRO GBD tuning.
Are there any reasons for the I.IV.I tuning preferred by CBN players.
I have started to build a CBG bass. I will be using a small 17 x12 x 6 cm cigarette box. The neck which I have already started to mark out will cut and shaped from a 60 x 7 x 3 cm piece of mahogany.
