Tone capacitor

Hello! I saw the video (C.B. Getty channel) of Glen soldering in a tone capacitor in the tone pot in order to lessen the amount of high end “quack” from a piezo. Is it possible to do that with just a straight input to piezo (with no vol or tone pots)
