I love the rustic, stripped down and honest sound of the instrument. Ive been a guitarist for over 25 years but this instrument touches my soul in a way that no combination of letters can quite relate. an hour on my cigar box guitar feels like a year of therapy. It is the reason I can wake up in these crazy times, look out at the world and say to myself, there is still so much to live for. With this little box of strings I feel a can brighten up the world and possibly one day unite this divided species called mankind with a little diddly that I hash out. I can go on and on but being moderator on a site like this, I am pretty damn sure you feel the same. You get it, you understand what its like to pick up an instrument that instantly feels like an old friend. One that understands you, knows every nook and cranny of your soul. thats what got me interested in this here fine instrument.
