Hey Folksters.

I'm Ol' Grey Bear, as I've now been dubbed, and I'm the long-suffering partner of Slow Blues Dani. She's teaching me all about cigar box guitar building and we're going to be learning to play together too. I'm a blues fan, and it was an interest in blues that got us talking for the first time many full moons ago. Not sure what to say here so I'll just say good to meet you all and have a nice day!

    Welcome to the Nation, Ol' Grey Bear.  Blues and cigar box guitars belong together.  Lots of good folks here that share the addiction passion.  Once you build one, more are sure to follow.

      Thanks very much, Thomas. Got thoughts on my first build going on paper already. Off to the timber yard with Dani on Wednesday and think I'll go for the lazy option and get it all cut to spec for me while I'm there. Lazy is good and they'll be more accurate than my meat slab hands. Pics will ensue!
