Hi Guys,
My name is Dave Hall, I am from Bradford in West Yorks UK.
I am 64 and retired, so time to get back to my youth !!
I have played guitar for quite a few years now, I am not brilliant, but can knock out a tune or two.
I own a Yamaha F310 acoustic, a Fender Squire Strat, and a duboius Ibanez Jem copy (That I know nothing about, but play like a dream).
Unfortunatly I live in a retirement complex of flats, so I cannot wind up my trusty LINE 6, so I have to keep it low, or put in the old headphones, Cannot do with the nieghbours having a heart attack, while I am thrashing out "Little Red Rooster" or somthing similar.
I have just made my first CBG. I am limited to space, so it was a kitchen table job.
But for my first effort I am quite pleased, It was a steep learning curve,as I had not got a clue what I was doing. (And the fact that I came bottom in woodwork for ,3 years running, at school did not help!!)
Still I am looking forward to my next effort
And there seems to be plenty of help and advice here.
Glad to be part of it.
Dave
