Hi folks,

I'm Wuja from Poland.

I've just finished my first CBG (but I have some experience in electric guitars).

It was hard to find an empty cigar box nearby so I used wooden toolbox and an old calendar (app. 1920's) to make my version of CBG. Everything is glued so I had to make one side movable to have an acces inside. The piezo element was taken from cheap musical christmas postcard and it's wired with volume potentiometer and mono jack. Most expensive part is palisander wood used for fingerboard.

Comments appreciated.

  • Thank you Mark. The soundtrack is my CBG recorded just after I fixed the string for the first time. That's why the guitar is not tuned correctly.
  • Theres some innovative ideas there, I especially like the volume knob location. Good thinking.

If the sound track is your guitar, it sounds cool too!
